A Chill Day at the Elephant Village – Just How It Happened

• 8:30 AM – Picked up from hotel: The city was still quiet, and the cool morning breeze made the ride out of Jaipur feel peaceful.
• 9:00 AM – Reached the elephant village: No crowd, no rush — just the earthy smell of nature and the calmness of the countryside.
• 9:30 AM – First meet with the elephants: Gave one a banana, and it gently nudged me for more. Their eyes tell stories — warm, wise, and kind.
• 10:30 AM – Elephant bath time: We splashed water, they splashed back. Honestly, it felt more like playtime than a chore. So much fun!
• 12:00 PM – Lunch break: Simple Rajasthani thali — fresh dal, hot rotis, sabzi, and something sweet. Felt like it was cooked by someone’s grandmother.
• 1:00 PM – Cultural performance: A few locals danced and played folk music. It wasn’t staged, just joyful — like we were part of a celebration.
